Keto Spaghetti Bake – NOT Shiritaki noodles
1 pound grass fed beef, browned
3 cups – Marinara, I use this one
1 can – Heart of Palm noodles, get it here
2 cups – mozzarella, shredded
Dash – salt & pepper
Brown ground beef in skillet and add salt & pepper. While cooking, open noodles, pour into strainer and rinse well, allow to drain. Grate mozzarella (I use this rotary grater you see above its magnificent and comes with attachments) . Add marina sauce to browned meat & blend well. Place drained noodles into a casserole dish, top with meaty marina sauce, layer by layer topping each with mozzarella before starting the next. Final topping with the last of the mozzarella and bake at 375 until cheese is gooey and starts to lightly brown. Remove & serve!
