Toasted Coconut Cold Brew

My go to morning coffee is a homemade cold brew combination 

1 1/2 cup – Toasted Coconut Milk, Califia

1/8 cup – Heavy Whipping Cream, Land O Lakes

1 tbsp. – Swerve granulated sweetener (optional) 
4 tbsp. – Whipped Cream – Sugar Free, Land O Lakes (optional topping)
1/2 – 3/4 cup – Cold Brew Coffee

Nutrition: Calories 207.5, Net Carbs 0 

Notes: Net carbs will be 1.5 if you count 0 carb products as 0.5
