PROTEINS: Moderate intake.

Grass-fed and fatty meats are best, avoid farm raised fish, and meats that include added nitrates.

VEGETABLES: 

Avoid starchy and sweet vegetables; peas, corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, parsnips, yucca, beans, quinoa, legumes, and other starchy vegetables.

Limit your intake of nightshade vegetables; tomatoes, eggplant, and peppers. Root vegetables; onions, parsnip, garlic, mushrooms, and squashes.

FRUITS:

Avoid high carbohydrate fruits such as bananas, oranges, and apples.

Limit your intake of; Berries such as raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Citrus including lemons and limes other than in water and recipes for flavoring.

NUTS & SEEDS:

limit your intake and aim for fattier nuts such as macadamia nuts and almonds.
