Keto Fried Shrimp – gluten free, low carb, grain free

1 lb – peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1 cup – almond flour
1 tbsp – pepper
1 tbsp – salt
1 tsp – cayenne pepper
1 tsp – cumin
1 tsp – garlic powder
1 tbsp – paprika
1 tbsp – onion powder
Peel and devien shrimp, dip it into heavy cream, and then into almond flour mixture. Shake off excess breaking. Place into air fryer that has been preheated, set to 400 degrees, for 15 minutes. Check at 7 minutes and flip if necessary. Serve with selected condiment.
Oven: preheat to 400 degrees, place shrimp on a grease pan, cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Deep fry: double dip breading the shrimp.
